• Go above and beyond to make them feel appreciated
  • Send thank you notes to the ones who have been with you for at least 1 year or a personal email once they have 10 zaps. Airbnb does something very cool and gives some perks to their super hosts every year (screenshots below)
  • Bonus ideas clients can choose from: $20 credit to Shutterstock photos, 2 free months of Audible (partnerships), $20 Amazon gift card, etc.
  • Feature your best creators/freelancers once a week in your social media or email list. (Zap masters hall of fame)
  • All of this will help us create user-generated content and help us spread the word about how awesome Zapier is and how awesome we treat our clients
